These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the 3rd Anniversary Promotion (“Promotion”) organised by Asimont Clinic (Ngee Ann Medical Pte Ltd) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in this Promotion, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• This Promotion is open to existing customers of Asimont Clinic who receive the campaign invitation via WhatsApp, email, or other authorised communication channels.
  Participation is voluntary and subject to availability of promotional items.
  
  

2. Promotion Details

• Under this Promotion, eligible customers may enjoy 50% OFF selected items for a limited period.
  The specific items, treatments, or products included in this Promotion are determined by Asimont Clinic and may vary.
  All discounted items are available while stocks last or until the stated expiry date, whichever is earlier.

3. Duration

This Promotion is valid from 1st November to 31st December, unless extended or terminated earlier at our discretion.
All bookings and purchases must be made within the promotional period to qualify for the discount.

4. Conditions of Use

•  Customers may purchase multiple promotional items during the campaign period.

• All purchased items or treatments must be utilised within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  
  
• Unused sessions or items beyond this period will be forfeited without refund or extension.
  
  
• The Promotion is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other services.
  
  
• All treatments or items purchased under this Promotion are subject to medical suitability and professional assessment by our qualified practitioners.
  
  
• Customers are advised that individual treatment outcomes may vary depending on skin condition, lifestyle, and other factors.
  
  
• Asimont Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically unsuitable.
  
  

5. Booking and Payment

• Payments for this promotion must be made in full. To further clarify, no deposits are allowed for this promotion.
  
  
• Appointments are required and subject to availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the promotional benefit.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While we take all reasonable care to ensure service quality, Asimont Clinic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Promotion, except where required by law.
  
  

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
